Shipping Policy

1. Production & Processing Time

Because every item from Kreative Gems is individually crafted by hand, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your custom piece to move through our production lineup before the handcrafting and packaging process begins. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will enter the production queue the following business day.

2. Shipping Timeframe

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping (begins after production and processing are complete):

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).

3. Total Delivery Estimate

For domestic orders, please allow 2 to 4 weeks total (production/processing + transit time) for your handcrafted piece to arrive at your door.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers like USPS and UPS. The carrier and final delivery speed depend on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your custom order is completed and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

6. Shipping Delays

While rare, transit delays due to severe weather, holiday carrier volume, or carrier routing errors may occur. Kreative Gems is not liable for transit delays beyond our control once the package has been handed over to the carrier, but we will gladly assist you with carrier tracking and support.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Because all items are custom-made, we cannot redirect or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
